Great expectations but also great flexibility

Pros

You can work remotely, have some flexibility regarding your schedule, the pay can be decent if you have some experience, and perform well. Your peers are generally helpful, friendly, collaborative, and want to see you succeed. The Client Delivery group is a good team.

Cons

The workload can become overbearing if you fall behind on a project, and deadlines do not get moved because of internal challenges. The company is starting to invest more in management/executive roles at the expense of the individual contributors who are doing the actual work.
