DocuTech is a great fast paced work environment. The Company moves fast and there are many opportunities for growth and development. My co-workers are great and the Company is about driving results, there is little time for politics which is refreshing to find in a medium sized company. The new building is very nice, lots of space to grow and a real "Google" feel to it. They provide all the state of the art tools you need to be successful and do your job. Overall, it is a great place to work!!!!

Cons

The only downside is that if you don't want to work hard and work fast, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with were both professional and easy going at the same time. Everyone worked together, both the desktop and server support teams as well as the network engineering team. The vacation time and the health insurance benefits were a def. plus as was my ability to make decisions based out of trust and loyalty
