Pros
I’m impressed by how much our teams want Dodge to succeed. We’re all feeling more energized this year and we’re excited about the new products we’re releasing to our customers. There is more collaboration across functional teams, and we have lots of new leaders who’re getting into the details and making positive changes.
Cons
It’s harder to really get to know your colleagues in a fully-remote company. The town halls and office hours help and we should find new ways to connect team members. There’s also still plenty of operational work to do to make our systems better, but we’re optimistic about how our tech teams are coming together.
