      Pros

      Work remotely, create your own schedule. That's about it.

      Cons

      Enterprise team is small and there isn't much room for advancement. Quota's are going up and pay is going down. There is no accounting for cost of living increases in base pay.

Quotas are uncapped so those who perform at a higher level are incentivized by accelerators. We appreciate your feedback and welcome you to openly share your suggestions with your manager and HR.       Pros

      Definitely a bit overwhelming learning everything at first, but they give you plenty of time to learn and all of the tools necessary to do your job. My team is friendly, very supportive and willing to help whenever needed. The work is interesting and definitely keeps you "engaged." Work life balance is great!

      Needs better support and marketing

      Pros

      -Strong benefits package. -Unlimited PTO policy (though you remain accountable for meeting monthly KPI goals). -Exposure to multiple product lines within the DCN umbrella.

      Cons

      -Sales team needs more support in marketing, product improvements, and product education. -Not all products receive equal support, which directly impacts KPIs and earning potential. -Quotas were raised this year in a way that led to demotions and limited earning potential, resulting in lower income than in previous years. -Quotas are sometimes set without a full understanding of the product or the end user, creating unnecessary challenges.
