Pros

The people outside of executive management are a joy to work with. Pay was good.

Cons

Executive management no clear plan moving forward after the merger between Dodge and the Blue Book and would not listen to feedback from employees. Layoffs before system integrations lead to a lot of extra work being dumped on the people that stayed, leading to 60-80 hour work weeks. Company went through multiple financial controllers and HR executives since the merger.

all the bluebook customers are leaving as Dodge only cares about making money from the big manufacturers
