I worked for Dodge for almost six years and can genuinely say that without a doubt there is nothing good about a role here. I quit because I saw no future and was being severely underpaid. Two years after leaving I’ve doubled my salary and halved my stress.

Cons

Where to start… the pay? Terrible. I was making 42k. The morale? Horrible - they hire people and fire people like it’s a game. The c-suite has been turned over countless times. The work? They made me call people who had lost family members to ask for a death certificate to get out of their contracts. Heartless. Soul crushing. The contracts? mom and pop outfits are put into scarily high contracts - and they have sales people promising these poor people tons of business that will cover the cost and are unable to deliver on these promises. Then, they fire the salespeople so there’s no accountability. The management? Since 2020 they’ve been firing people left and right (all good managers are gone save 1 or 2) and then asking the people left what the people they fired even did. I’ve started to think that nobody can be this stupid - that they have to be trying to bankrupt the company on purpose at this point. Genuinely, if they’re not trying to bankrupt the company on purpose for tax reasons they’re the reason shampoo bottles have instructions on the back.

proper recognition, decent pay rate / salary, friendly atmosphere overall people work diligently and efficiently at their role and everything pulls together nicely

Cons

Haven't really found any cons with the company overall specific to my role, it's probably not a great fit for you if: you're afraid of any amount of outbound calling because it does require some if you are extroverted and need constant interaction from other people you don't work well under the pressure of hitting metrics you don't really like to think outside of the box or problem solve
