Like many innovative companies, there’s a tendency to take on a lot at once. While this can sometimes stretch resources, it also reflects the company’s ambition and willingness to evolve. Leadership is aware of this and actively working on ways to improve focus and streamline priorities.

In 2018, Big Business bought out the company and sacked more than a few employees, for replacement with cheaper remote "offshore" (foreign) labor. I can understand wanting to keep costs down, but replacing veterans with inexperienced people lowers the overall quality of the company product, which harms the company in the long run. Then the Covid shutdown hit, and everyone went remote. This was understandable for the first few months of the panic, but as other businesses started to meet in person again, this one stayed remote; I think Dodge didn't want to pay for maintaining the office. I sorely missed the face-to-face office culture, and, to top it off, corporate bureaucrats I had never even met began badgering me to meet severely increased quotas. No thank you.
