Pros

Product does work well and offers benefits of visibility for advertiser.

Cons

Management style is very old school - crack the whip, jump when your manager texts and tells you to change direction for the day (even if you already have the day planned with calls), make 50-70 cold call dials / day and have at least 1 appt, typically an hour to an 1 1/2. If you do the math... its not achievable; unless you're just dialing a number with no intention of a substantial conversation that can help close the business. You are expected to create relationships with existing accts but have no time to service those accounts or form a relationship.

Couldn't be happier with evolution

Pros

Have been here for awhile and saw the company in a bad place after the merger a few years ago, but the new senior people finally seem to get it. We just had our SKO and could not believe the quality of our new Product team and marketing leadership. Things finally feel like we are on the right track to be leaders in data and insights for construction industry. very excited for the changes.

Cons

Still some pockets of negativity here-- many from legacy people that don't want to evolve or be challenged and are comfortable in their old ways. They should go somewhere else where they can be happy if they don't want to change. Life is too short to be miserable and make others miserable.
