Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sales roles within DCN have a market-based compensation package that rewards reps when they sell. You can make more when you sell more. Your personal Sales Compensation Plan does document your goals and incentives as well. If you need additional clarification on your plan, please feel comfortable following up with your manager or HR. Pros

It’s an exciting time to join DNC with opportunities for growth! And it’s remote first!! Leadership truly cares about employees who are willing to put the work in to get the job done well. Refreshing to see meritocracy and commitment to rewarding excellence.

Cons

The company might consider perks like home office and wellness reimbursements and other perks to offset cost of healthcare. Other perks like remote first and 401k are wonderful!
