Usually benefits are really competitive compare with other companies in the area, Unlimited PTO

Cons

they are very disorganized, the company is falling apart, they change the Directors pretty often, we have no customer retention.

Pros

Technology and data access to customers and field reps is fantastic. Online presence helpful for facilitating relationships between all players in commercial construction.

Cons

Little to no field sales support. Constant churning of managers and direct reports. Low income potential, compensation keeps changing. Impossible to simply focus on the job with such turmoil and constant structural changes. Inability to count on leadership. Always a fear of job loss.

My direct management is great, PTO is generous, remote work.

Cons

Where to start? - The pay is way below industry standard - Raises and bonuses have been reduced to nothing - we don’t have access to software we need to do our jobs - management is having trouble getting basic resources or responses from upper level management - 401 k match is terrible - health insurance is expensive and bad -our customers are angry and we don’t have the resources to help them
