Remote first company is great! Good if you're new and looking for corporate experience OR you're looking to sunset your career.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. The good employees get out quickly. Marketing was lacking strategic direction, and were goaled by # of leads vs. quality. Frequently re-invented the wheel with a revolving door of Directors of Marketing and interim directors (as well as CEO's within the last 6 years). Little transparency and communication from marketing leadership regarding corporate strategy and discussions. Previous bottleneck by not delegating tasks or approving work in a timely manner.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Just to clarify, Dodge Construction Network was created from the merger of 2 legacy companies in 2021. There has only been one CEO since the merger. The marketing team had gone through some changes as could be expected with any merger but now has a strong team in place to deliver on the corporate strategy. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
