      cool entry job but lots of cliques

      Pros

      - salary is okay for a starter job - free soda cans and snacks - bar room with pool table and TV's in the office

      Cons

      - very clique culture; boys club of people who have been there for years vs a lot of new people - weird office culture that if you use bar room you arrent working - onboarding/training is very confusing; get publically blasted for mistakes while training - role responsibilities change frequently

      Pros

      The interview and hiring process was fast and straight forward setting up a good lead into there training program. The working hours are the best in the restaurant business.
