      Pros

      Company has been around for some years now and has potential for minor growth within the company but definitely takes hard work and persistence to ensure it happens.

      Cons

      No longer provides any type of positive reinforcement for managers besides bonus. took away outtings due to cut backs and expects way more out of managers than most should.

      Pros

      After 25 years of working in many different types of business environments, I can honestly say that Doherty is the best job I've had. It's a place where the company culture makes it easy to do your best work and be yourself. I joined the company well into my career but found it was extremely easy to fit right in - a true testament to how the company operates and treats it's employees.

      Pros

      I had a awesome interview process, Tony was very informational in talking about Doherty and the hiring process and information about the company. They take care of there employees, I’ve been training for about 3 weeks and The TGM has been great sticks with you teaches and helps in any way till you get it. Doherty has a great work/life balance which is a huge plus in this industry

      None so far it’s been great!
