We do want to clarify that you do NOT need a Bachelors degree to become a manager, you need a high school diploma or GED. Doherty is an amazing place to work. All team members work together with the same goal in mind. Communication comes from the top and throughout all levels of the company. If you are looking for a place where you can hang your hat, Doherty is the place. With fair and consistent goals along with commitments to Wowing our people and our guests. Thanks to the consistent effort with Training and Development I am able to reach all the goals I set out to achieve. There is an extensive support center available at all times so I always feel like I have the support I need in all departments.
