Pros

Large corporation but family run. Exacting standards and expectations but fair compensation and good benefits. Potential for rapid advancement if you have the skill and drive to perform above expectations. Management peers will in general be as dedicates to success as you yourself are.

Cons

This is not a place where you can float by. If you're ok staying stagnant this is not the place for you.

I have worked for Doherty Enterprise for almost 19 years and they continue to WOW me everyday. I have learned so much through out my years with the company and we have grown together. I am proud to be apart of one of the best companies in our restaurant industry.

Very good family balance strong foundation and believes that family does come first. Ed Dogerty is a great person and I really enjoy working for him.

Cons

Not much on the negative side. I do however think we need awesome people like you to help strengthen our team and family.
