      The people are very passionate and positive about the right things.

      Salary is way under market value. The workload is very high with no compensation for it.

      Pros

      If you enjoy food, working in a restaurant or managing many younger adults.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to find a better position and there can be rude employees. The pay isn't great and sometimes it can get hectic in the kitchen because there is a lot of unmotivated employees.

      Pros

      The hours were somewhat flexible, and it was really hard to get fired. Sometimes you can stand around and do nothing.

      Cons

      The pay was awful and mistakes were made frequently, which resulted in getting shorted on money. Although it was hard to get fired, that is also a bad thing since all the other employees were terrible, but kept their jobs. This is the type of place that drags you down in life. Most of my coworkers were drug addicts. The hours were lousy too. You'd get yelled at for glancing at your phone, even when there was nobody in the place.
