Pros

They give you great opportunities for advancement, the training in Southern Minnesota is phenomenal. All though you may be in remote locations, you still get the support as if you were sitting side by side.

Cons

Candidates no call no showing to job assignments can be stressful.

This company shows employees they are valued. The managers are willing to let staff succeed without hand holding. Overall an excellent work environment.

Cons

There is a relatively flat structure to the management team which makes receiving a promotion difficult.

Pros

Privately held company allows your suggestions to be heard. Every person has an opportunity to make a difference within the company. Nice work environment, get lot's of exposure and knowledge for anyone looking to get into HR and recruiting.

Cons

Going through some growing pains. Don't always know what direction the company is going in. There has been issues with communication from upper management coming down to the local offices. However, the company does seem to recognize the issue and is putting plans in place to improve. Some room for advancement, but not a lot.
