Those of us who work within Doherty are given a unique opportunity to do something great with our time at work. We get to be that next step for candidates who come to us with their employment needs. We also have the luxury of creating a trusting partnership with our clients who use our services. All the while we are getting to build strong relationships with our coworkers since we are all working closely together and have a shared goal. Doherty has provided not only myself, but my peers opportunities for advancement and growth within the company. Decisions like that are made swiftly and confidently, as our management team is thorough on ensuring new decisions are beneficial. We provide each other with support, team work, caring attitudes, and a strong work ethic. Working at Doherty has already given me so much experience, friends, and fun memories.
Cons
This industry is a challenge. The unemployment rate is dropping dramatically, making our jobs that much more difficult. Although this is a challenge for us, this is why we are here. It also makes our success that much more rewarding.
