There are always opportunities to grow with the company, you just have to put in the time and effort to be successful.

Cons

This is a service industry so client needs are put first which can cause stress and longer hours. It is just a reality of the industry.

Not many. Occasionally the company might buy you lunch? But mainly only if you work in the corporate office.

Cons

Management promotes based on years with the company. Individuals get supervisory positions even if they have zero leadership skills. The different departments clash and do not work together. There is high turnover in the clerical department.

Pros

They give you great opportunities for advancement, the training in Southern Minnesota is phenomenal. All though you may be in remote locations, you still get the support as if you were sitting side by side.

Cons

Candidates no call no showing to job assignments can be stressful.
