      Doherty Staffing is a awesome place they get sent out to a lot of jobs

      Cons

      Only thing with Doherty Staffing is that a lot of the jobs that they send you to have a long hours and the labor is pretty intense

      Pros

      I was hired with very little HR experience, and they were willing to train. The HR experience I gained was very good: interviews, scheduling, employee relations, etc.

      Cons

      The pay was very low. Also, when hired I was told there would be occasional overtime expected. The hours I worked, both at work and home, were staggering. Working late could never be planned either. You could he informed at 4:45pm that you couldn't leave, and then easily work until 6:30pm or later.
