As long as you can make people see the impact of something that you want to work on, you have relative freedom to choose your own work. - Caring culture. Our culture is rather Scandinavian, and you can tell that the company really cares about your wellbeing. During the ongoing Convid pandemic, both Amir and department heads made a point to stress on placing life and family above work and job. - Transparency. Everything is discussed openly, and everything is up for discussion. People are great at giving and taking feedback. - Salary adjustment + 2 benefit payouts per year. Salary is automatically adjusted every year, so no need to wrestle your way into a raise. Benefit is calculated based on formula as well. In fact, I don't think we do negotiations with offers either. IMO this is best for both sides, as all cards are on the table, take or leave, fair and square. - Benefits. Company retreat, team retreat, 40 days PTO, parental leave, etc.

Every day there's a new challenge to work on that keeps me motivated, it allows me to learn new stuff, and how to produce a better work than the one from the previous day.
