The company also has a manufacturing facility in Brisbane on the Peninsula. The company has a hand in the film industry and has the most renown for this; its technology has also been adopted as a standard in communications and most consumer electronics.
Cons
The company does not effectively create an environment that provides work-life balance for employees. Many salaried employees worked non-stop, over weekends and holidays with long overtime hours during the period when the company went through IPO. Neither does the organization pro-actively provide opportunities for employees to grow.
