Pros

The work/life balance benefit of working there. You work a 9/80 schedule, get every other Friday off. It SEEMS like a bum deal, but then you get used to the pace. Also, ask yourself when what the LAST time you did a 40 hour work week, no more no less in your job with a 8/80 schedule? Can't recall? didn't think so. So, this little benefit isn't so bad after all! Other stuff: I'm a movie buff, so employee screenings are da bomb! Working with such cool audio/video technologies This company doesn't seek the spotlight, like Apple/google etc...they just sneak their way through, and eventually dominate. real solid company.

Cons

Cultural fiefdoms Tend to average out superior talent with their performance evaluations. Promotions tend to take YEARS, plural. Their IT is a total Windows shop, and they don't seem in a hurry to change this. Typical "big company" policies, but they're tiny compared to some BIG multinational firms I've worked at.
