      -Extremely valuable brand to have on your resume -They offer some free sampling of products -The products themselves are amazing and high quality -Company has good benefits package for salary employees

      Cons

      -The Company is directed and owned by a Japanese Conglomerate, Itochu who expects certain sales goals, profits, and results. -During my time there they took away salary increases in order to provide more profits to Itochu Corporation. -HQ is in Singapore so all executives are based out there. -Limited career opportunities within the company. -Working from home opportunities do not exist here. -The culture pushes you to work longer hours. -Top Down Management style where directors and above do not value their subordinates opinions or ideas

      Pros

      Some of the few people left from the old President's days. Was a great culture.

      Cons

      The new culture of backstabbing your way over others is promoted by the caddy president. She works for one reason, and that is to promote herself. Her minions suck up to her as they look down on the rest of the employees.
