The company care for people, environment, community and ptoducing consistent quality products. Gives excellent benefits especially for management staff.

Cons

The company deals with agricultural products and therefore its operations are affected by extreme weather conditions.

Great Benefits (If you live in Stanislaus County) and qualify for the Kaiser Plan, very decent salary, great place to learn new skills.

Cons

Favoritism, Sneaky Management, Worthless HR Department (Two or three great representatives) but Director is not for the people and can be two faced. Companies overall stability is a bit shaky.
