Pros

The Cafeteria is probably the only good thing going for this organization, and they are actually planning on doing away with it in their new corporate location.

Cons

This antiquated Organization needs to clean house from the Directors above. They spend an inordinate amount of time engaged in covert meetings prior to an official meeting for political reasons, and less time adopting logical, progressive ideas and concepts. A great deal of time is also spent "finger pointing", versus getting the job done. And the Sales Strategy Dept.??? Don't get me started with that!
