      Dollar Bank truly is a company that cares about its employees and its customers. Great work environment and great work life balance

      Cons

      Smaller bank so the pay is not competitive and they are behind in regards to operations and technology. Too conservative as a company

      Pros

      Dollar's training is very thorough; no need to have banking experience. I've worked several places in my career and am very satisfied with my decision to work here. I don't dread going to work. I've met a lot of great people. I'm also able to balance my home/work life.

      Cons

      I know I could make more elsewhere, but as I said I've worked a few places in my career. More money doesn't help when you aren't happy at work; we spend too much time at work each week to be miserable. Having said that, I do feel the pay structure across the board needs increased to keep the talent we have.
