      Pros

      Competitive Wage, and little overnight travel. Nice stock options. Company car provided. Full benefits for all full time employees. Offer employee assistance for employees that need it.

      Cons

      No work life balance, very negative, and very little positive feedback company wide. 65+ hour work week on the better ones. Horrible turnover. This company care very little about their employees.

      Pros

      Product price points was satisfying to customer. Customer interaction was community oriented which made a great work environment. Very good benefit package and salary for store Manager.

      Cons

      Budgets were very low for operation of stores. Six day work weeks year round was mandatory. Daily task was sometimes excessive based on stores operational budget.

      The Help Desk is in the Philippines and all but one of the people in this country are temp. Excel is one of the most used tool and no Excel Specialist there. My computer was down for a week and a half during our busiest season which put me majorly behind. 6 months later it was still acting up and I got a bad yearly review and a write up for not using the correct systems. They never mentioned the 15 open help desk tickets in either. My husband said it was due to a 64 gig computer running 32 program. In October, the eliminated 250 positions. Keep in mind, a typical department has 2-4 people to cover 13,000 stores. Yes, I had 5,500 stores under me and everything is paper. I had dreams of the Hague coming after me for crimes against arboreal kind. So, everyone was doing more work with less with dated technology. That is when they chose to start cutting all of the fun perks that made the job enjoyable because the CEO didn't want us out of the office for an hour.
