The management staff( manager, assistant and key holders), consistency of the store manager showing up when she/he schedules themselves, expectations that needs to be done but the store manager can’t fulfill without calling in someone else to do it while they sit in their car

Everything else. High theft store, people walked around picking up food and drinks and consuming them while walking around. They would just leave what they didn't want when they were finished and walk right back out. We weren't allowed to do much about it, not that I would have risked my safety to chase a shoplifter. Employees aren't treated really well. Will work you right up to 39 hrs but never 40 because nobody is full time except the salaried store manager. They will split those 39hrs over 7 days so you never have a day off if you let them.
