Pros

The work is good but there is too much of it at times. The company is growing and there is stability in your employment.

Cons

Pay is very low. There is no middle scale. The only place to even make a living is a managers position.

Pros

Several stores in my area that always need help. If ever I need extra cash, its easy to get to 40 hours by working in other stores. Plus you get compensated for gas when traveling to other stores.

Cons

The pay. Regardless of past experience, cashiers start at minimum wage, and management expects too much of us for only making 7$ an hour. Working register, you have to worry about your 'basket average', where we have to meet the store's average transaction, and if we don't so many days in a row per week, we'll get written up.

Pros

Love the company and the options available. Let you do the job and gives you the tools to get it done. Very satisfied

Cons

Erc help desk is horrible for computer and pos support. Called for a minor issue and they crashed the registers for 9 hours. Lot of hours and not much time off.
