Terrible pay for everything they ask of management and not ever having proper training. I have learned as I go... corporate has no clue how to effectively run the store , especially since we are never allowed enough hours to properly do our underpaying job. Hired for part time management and end up working 8:30am to close 9:30pm alone w 1 cashier... Having to clock out for a lunch that I always end up having to work during however corporate fussing when we work off the clock... I have yet to ever have a true lunch break or 10 min break either...

Lowest pay in the industry. Yes, they promote from within but you will therefore find incompetence at every level of management. Favoritism will see full time employees getting lower hours than part time employees, and people who call out often will still somehow have a job even when the store is sinking. People who are the manager’s “favorite” will be promoted before more worthy candidates with seniority.
