Dollar Tree Freight Operations Supervisor reviews

Horrible pay, generally work with morons (which isn't necessarily bad, just frustrating when things really need to get done correctly in a timely manner), ill-trained management in some stores, company doesn't seem to care much about anyone below store managers, I've had raises given then taken away because district wide small pay increases resetting my pay, I've been there SIX years and currently only make about 60 cents more than someone starting tomorrow in my position, short staffing requires you to have to cover more responsibilities and shifts at times.

Pay was just recently raised to 9.00an hour was at 7.50 for last 3 years should look good in the end but all my little 15 cent raises went out window when they put me back at beginning with the hire in rate i feel as corperate does not value employees as much as customers .
