Pros

Laid back environment, flexible (if management allows,) can move up within the company quickly if you’re ambitious & passionate about your job, and the customers are cool most times. Also is a great part-part time job for students or somebody wanting a second job (I say this because hours aren’t great for cashiers/stockers trying to live off this job unless you’re a higher up.)

Cons

Repetitive, a little too fast paced at times, so much to do with not enough hours to do it, unrealistic expectations that each employee will freight at the speed Dollar Tree would like. Raises are a joke (like 15¢ a year.)
