Pros

Bonus every Qtr. Upper management good people. Hit your metrics and great place to work. Integrity of leadership is Good.

Cons

As any lower price point operations achieving proper inventory levels to protect Comp sales goals while not over sending stores to much inventory is a difficult task. This in my opinion was only con I seen the inventory days of supply were on the higher side.

Pros

Small staff so as long as you have decent coworkers, it can be like a nice work family

Cons

They don’t listen to employees. I have ideas that could save/make them $$$, as well as ideas on how to save time, but they don’t care what their employees think. After nearly a decade, you’d think I might know what I’m talking about. My current SM curses loudly and sexually harasses everyone but they’re “just joking around.” The new multiprice layout makes stocking almost impossible
