Pros

Work from home and hybrid are options for a lot of positions. The office is very new and looks nice. The executives *seem* to be wanting to improve things for employees but it's definitely a slow moving process...

Cons

No training plan for most jobs. You just get shown very basic steps and you kinda have to figure out the rest on your own. There's no mentorship to develop employees to be able to grow and pursue other opportunities within the company. Pay is extremely low considering in some jobs you are expected to be on-call and available 24 hours a day.

Benefits and pay are decent along w paid sick time and vacation

Cons

Work load is too much not enough help or hours avail. They over ship to stores making it difficult to maintain stock rooms and stores
