i worked here for over 4 years... got promoted to merch manager and ops manager and made a whopping 11.34 an hr. Basically lived at the store. was told not to work on breaks or lunches... but when youre the only manager in the store and there is only one employee with you and you go to take a smoke break you have to watch the lines the entire time and most of the time get on a register. Most of the time i wasnt offered a lunch because there was no one to relieve me. if you are a part time employee you are lucky to get 8-12 hrs a week min wage. they give a 3% raise a year... but do it right before minimum wage goes up... so in 2 months you actually only make 3 cents more than min wage and people who started yesterday. slap in the face
