      Treat you well. Lots of incentives.

      Pros

      They provide monetary incentives for higher production and occasional prize drawings. They try to keep moral high. Mostly friendly management who are easy to approach. Offer an education compensation program for pursuit in management.

      Cons

      Very little mobility. Raises are very small, even for those who have been with the company a long time.

      Pros

      Benefits for Health insurance, medical and dental are very good, pay raise rate and time is not bad at all. Pay amount for the area is good.

      Cons

      The push for production that is not achievable unless someone cheats numbers to make it look like they are making the numbers. Too many backstabbing people that want to cheat their way to buddy up with management and management lets them. the old adage of nitpicking someone to death until they out the door due to things not in their control
