Pros
Dollar Tree is one of the best dollar stores to work for. I have worked for all of them. Constantly multi tasking. Great training, Team building and corporate support when needed. Compensation was well above the other dollar retail stores base pay as well as bonuses.
Cons
There is always tasks to complete. As they give the store a minimum amount of hours to freight team. Then it up to cashiers , ASMs, Managers to stock between customers. As long as you build and coach the right team it can be done. Just takes a dedicated team. Strong management skills.
