lack of hours, constantly running from the register to stock or do another task because there aren't enough hours to have someone JUST be a cashier. So many rules that don't make sense, make the job harder, and are just a plain annoyance and inconvenience. Low pay. Feel embarrassed on the look and cleanliness of the store because there are never enough hands or enough time to organize or clean the store.

Seniority is enforced but also can be over looked depending on performance. Work there is a constant repeat. Some favoritism. Mainly male associates but no discrimination.
