      Pros

      The job is easy. Different walks of life of customers. Manager tries to be fair with everyone. The staff is nice. The hours are decent (so far. I know it flexs).

      Cons

      Some of the staff doesn't fullfill their tasks, whereas the other half has to pick up the slack, which can be more than their pay grade. No music in the store, so it can be boring sometimes. The wage could be a little higher. The put-backs can be overwhelming. My least favorite task. No benefits if you're not working 40 hrs or more.

      Associates are friendly. big selection.

      Cons

      Extremely low salaries for all mgt., including store mgrs. Constantly changes schedules. They have no rhyme nor reason in their logistic flow. After mgt. hours are given a store that runs 13 hrs a day , 7 days a week, have 80 ttyl hrs . of labor to run a store!!! Absurd.
