      Pros

      Not recommended unless your looking for an entry level staff. High volume. Fast pace. Their pay is terrible for the expectation of their staff.

      Cons

      Management does not give feedback and are don't even return phone calls. The benefits are extremely high. The work is labor intensive so be prepared to receive injuries that HR will ignore. You have to confront shoplifters although dollar tree does not prosecute. So you but your wellbeing on the line with two staff members at 9 at night to confront 4 young men to leave the store and but the merchandise back.

      Simple processes. Not very much pros. It can be a great place to work if they reduce the amount of workload and give the store more hours to run the store. It will make the store more profitable.

      Cons

      Extreme workload, not enough hours to run the store. High turn over. Low pay rate.
