Pays in the lower percentile for ALL JOB TITLES. This company's policies seem greedy in they're nature. Over work with low pay. You will be asked to perform task outside of your job description often. Policies help bread vile and disrespectful managers who assume impunity over lesser paid workers regardless of competence or socialization skills. No commission on sales. Low rewards for talents shown in the workplace. Little to no increase in work hours. No employee perks such as discounts...only suspicion of theft. I think this is all a response to the current economy and raising company cost/liabilities such as healthcare for full-time workers. and silly fines etc. Lastly, keep in mind this is a low end retail business...customers will reflect this...there is room for conflict over very insignificant amount of change and overall rowdiness of customers.
