Pros
Fast-paced, each day is different, great customers, fun co-workers, wages have seriously gotten better, but still on the low end.
Cons
Management can be clueless, can't find a manager when you need one. NO communication between managers. No training to be a manager. They throw you on the floor and tell you "Good Luck!" I thought my SM was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I would have walked on water for her, But, when I made a bad mistake, she turned on me. I saw the stuff she wrote about me; I couldn't believe the stuff she said. I cried for two days because of that.
