Pros

Co workers are nice enough, I like that it's PART TIME, convenience location, I like going out to get carts from the lot because it gets me out of the store for a few, supervisors are as human as you are

Cons

Not enough cashiers, some customers are truly disgusting and rude as hell, broken down registers, district managers think you're stealing from the company all the time, some workers need to practice proper hygiene and customers as well, constantly getting sick due to customers slobbering all over the money before they hand it to you, the bathrooms are disgusting, being the only cashier for 4 hours per shift, I count the hours and minutes in anticipation of my shift being over each day,

Pros

Flexible schedule, work isn't too labor intensive, not a very stressful job if you enjoy interacting with customers.

Cons

A lot of the time we ended up being under-staffed because the cashiers usually ended up quitting after a few weeks or a few months. This ended up making the customers pretty annoyed because there was only one or two cashiers at a time when we were the most understaffed; and we were one of the busiest stores in the area. Associate managers changed frequently too. Managers were so busy and stressed that they didn't have time to train new incoming employees.

Loving to serve the CUSTOMER'S and knowing I'a m at Home. Knowing my Customer's. Making My Custer's Happy. If I can not meet a customer's Request I will Notify Store Manager. I will Obey company Rules and Regulation's. And Also Recieving my GOAL'S the Most. Wanting to Grow In Dollar tree. Knowing New Customer's. Tell Customer about Our New Prouct's. Making Sure Product's are there on Floor if Availble.

Cons

REALLY NOTHING I CAN THINK OFF. I'VE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEAR'S AND I LOVE IT EVERY ONE HAS THERE BREAKING POINT. JUST DON'T BRING IT TO WORK.
