They do have 401k, even for part time. But, that's really about it.
Cons
We do not get enough hours. They don't seem to have back up if someone calls out sick. Then tells them oh no you ain't calling out you are coming into work. How can you tell me I have to come into work. Specially , when you can't keep nothing down. Breaks are only 10 mins. I've lived in Florida my whole life and always had 15 min. Breaks. I was told it goes by the company (where they are located) I find that hard to believe. Florida is Florida. Period. Florida is where I work & live. These are laws we go by. Not Virginia. Oh, also when you give RAISES you should at least give what's accurate with what the person is doing. Not 8,10,13 cents. Seriously! Another thing, the managers & assistant managers get the bonuses and that's not right! Everybody in my store pulls their weight. I personally pull a little more. I'm the last person they see before walking out. I think it's only fair & right to give us some kind of %of the bonuses.
