My supervisors work very hard, but should be paid more/ receive more recognition from management. No benefits(even though they said they had some), sometimes paid incorrectly(did not get paid extra for holiday work), no raises(no matter how long you work there for).

Was hired I and my wife to work at the same store management knew we were husband and wife and she told use we both could not work in the same store week later we both got the call to come in we both were hired to work ... Few weeks later management ask us to come into the office where told us that her boss found out we were husband and wife and work in the same store so she ask for one of us to quit so she won't get fired ... Well that sucks because we have a baby on the way and we need this job .. Well I got my other job back and to top it all off 2 times the hour I was getting at dollar tree . They worked us like slaves first week to build the store and get it ready for grand opening then after 6 hours a week .
