Pros
- It's not hard to get hired as there are almost constant associate positions available. - The people you work directly with are usually pretty good. - Flexible schedule (usually)
Cons
- Paid minimum wage. - Expected by DM to run register and throw freight in a 5 hour slot with no help on register. - No protection from customers. "The customer is always right!" Never given a chance to give your - DM and higher are never satisfied with the effort put in and often change their minds back adn for about what they want done in the store. Constant contradictions. - Never any back-up cashiers. Once in a while there was one extra person on registers on Saturday's but that was rare unless a holiday.
