      Pros

      honestly for my store there was none. but your DM will always be there if you need to talk and will always try to get the problem fixedd

      Cons

      you cant have a life, work 40 hours as a part time no benefits will given,they dont care about family's, very little pay for the amount of work. store manger ask you to lie for him so he can leave early he only works 20 hours and expects you to get his work and yours done.. unloading the trucks can be difficult if you are out of shape. and once you do leave make sure you change your phone number cause you will be harassed by your boss....

      I've been there 3 years and the only pros are that it's easy to grasp, and easy to remember prices.

      Cons

      Everything. 0 respect for employees. Upper management is out of touch with what goes on. Incompetent registers and unrealistic rules.

      could be a very good place to work its a good amospheremost of the time,there's always work to be done,most of the associates are easy going and good to work with most managersfor the most know there trade very well and give good training

      the company itself has come to the conclusion that they can do more with less,there's always more work than their are hours,DT's for he most part only think about what they can do to increase their bonuses,the more hours they take from the stores,the more they make when a store exceeds their weekly sales,they take hours from them instead of giving,now they want employees to buy uniforms,you're a 4-B dollar company supply the uniforms,you don't pay enough for us to purchases them.your words $4-B
