      Pros

      Coworkers have been great, mainly non-management, have a sort of unity due to the general disaster management is.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and well meaning at best, and unprofessional and uncaring at worst. Due to that, theres a constant revolving door of employees. Its extremely hard to get to know anyone since its very likely they'll be gone within a month. Calling in sick usually results in guilt tripping or some sort of angry response. They will work you to the bone and then be baffled when you start to slip up.
