      Items are only one dollar

      Cons

      Only about 10 hours per week. Get yell at almost every time working. Store manager only hires family member for management. Work moral is so low. Huge turn over rate and no promotion or review for raises

      Pros

      Lots of neat product always coming in on truck. Many new items.

      Cons

      Not enough hours for stock crew, or cashiers, manager has to work minimum of 60 hours to finish tasks because no hours for help, and most of the time manager works 70- 80 to get done with everything and while being told to set displays, and endcaps is also being told at the same time to do continuous clean up and it impossible to do both.

      You may run into a few good people the company has somehow been able to swindle; however, catch 'em while you can because they won't be around long!

      Cons

      Misinformation during recruiting process. Pitiful, uncompetitive pay rates at store level attract low-quality workers who do low-quality things, then anyone with a moderate amount of sense is expected to clean up the mess. Low salary for work demanded. They like to say, "We sell things for a dollar..." and it shows. Unsafe, filthy work environments. Company believes in writing people up instead of fixing problems. Company will place new hires into terribly broken situations and then punish them for the brokenness. No work-life balance if you expect to get your job done.
